That was a puzzle in two halfs for me, I’d done most of the non-theme clues before attempting the theme. Like others 21d was the first theme in and 23d was literally my LOI as I’d not come across the term before and I didn’t spot the reverse clueing of the anagram until later which is clever. I did enjoy it though! Cheers all

The clue for 20 was in last weekend’s Everyman as I recall, but the other way round!
