I felt that research into this week's theme was slightly more worthwhile. I don't know much about his work, but I assume that the style to be highlighted is 7 letters in row 3, and that this is the style definitive of the man. Attempts to find 'Organic' didn't work out anyway.

Fairly straightforward this week after last weeks nightmare. Still can't parse three clues, even though I know the category and the letter. Now back to the 6,6 6,5 conundrum!!!

Hi Mersault. No complaints this week - decent clues and a clear end game. The F****** W***** building is an absolute classic.

Dylan, put the reading glasses on and have another look at 36A! Yes the message reads in normal English but there are choices to be made - see preamble re B and C clues.

Hi Notrab, I don't know much about the theme, but his early work reinforces what I do know, that is in cold weather states ideally you'd have steeper roofs to allow the snow to spill off. So, some of the designs in Wisconsin, Illinois, Pennsylvania, leave me puzzled. Look nice, but you wonder how practical...
