Help please. 28a. Three chancellors take separate directions after a turning (may be 8 letters, may be more.) I have ?SS?En?E but the second and third letters could be TY OR SY OR TS. It is complicated to explain, unless you are in there with me.

Can't locate the statue. Wiki is no help with one in Norway, and I can't see any other obvious location (if it's in a straight line).

Hi, sunray

The letter is an English. The answer to 8d gives the definition for 28d. Like cookie I've done everything except for the location of the statue.

Hi Orson, have you had any joy regarding the statue? I've found something that might be its location. It is a three-letter acronym of one of the possible locations.
