Stuck on 15A. Outside old castle without a decorative disc. I have ?O?N?E? Also 21A Weight that is most comprehensive.
?I?E?T. Any hints appreciated

15 The castle is in Sussex.

21 is a lovely one. "That is" is significant.

Thanks chrise. I think I have put my corrections in and now have 13d done. Still stuck on 20d. Now have ?E?L? But penny still not dropping. Any more clues please?
