Not very impressed with this week's - some faulty clues, I thought.

I don`t know if it`s me or a different compiler, but I got very few answers yesterday - hoping to to better today!

Hi all - only three to go, but stuck in the top left corner ! 1 D "Thin weight ahead of the game " * I ***. 2 D "Transfer first debtor to building " *O***" & 10 A "Performed on organ out of key, wonderful !
Further CLUES would be appreciated.

2d is a type of, or a part of a building.
how many letters for 10a?

1d, the 'game' part of the clue is actually 2 words.

10a, a 3 letter word meaning performed comes at the end.
sorry if i'm being too obvious, extra clues are always a little tricky to judge.
