I haven't seen a reply to the query about the police line. That is CORDON, near old is NIE and river = R. This is one of the 8.

Have got close to solving but not much hair left. Stuck on Irish girl, balance resentment (---anger?) and stroke pen. Only one can be undefined. Then I need to sort out a grid problem as struggling to align top and bottom. Any help gratefully accepted.
