I have struggled yet again this week and cannot be sure of some of my answers. such as 7 across Resistance to country capitalist (5) for which I am thinking R-OMAN but it doesn't really make sense.& 19 down Dwarf from noisy part of Greece for which I think is GNOME but don't see why. Help in understanding would be appreciated.

Hi oldyalan, I think your solution for 7A is correct - thank you! I have the same answer as you for 19D. I think nome comes from greek for district.
