I'm more confused than ever? 18d. I have a word that fits the 'arrange' part of the clue, but I still don't know who this Baron is or what he has to do with my answer. Perhaps I am wrong. More details please

Did quite well this week... got there in the end..All but 6d..! Despite the clue from you Chris..! I give in..! Answer now please.!
