Finding this tough to finish off. Utterly perplexed by 18 across, where I have 7 of the 13 letters, and I know its an anagram, but have failed to find a word that fits. Crossers all seem fine ....

Required some nimble thinking. I wasn’t sure about a few of my answers until they were confirmed by crossers. I’ve completed it but not sure about the parsing of 15a. Is it a bit tortuous….. or, more likely, is it me?
