A couple of parsing queries.

35d Very attractive on eg getting positioned in snapshot? (10)

Solution is 'photogenic' and I thought the route to this involved re-ordering 'on eg' but the surrounding letters would spell 'photic', which is not a snapshot. Is this just a red herring, with the clue being an &lit?

32a Cold fool on the counter, splitting up another dessert. (4,7)

Solution is 'rice pudding' and it contains c (cold) plus 'epud' (fool on the counter). That leaves me with 'riding' which, presumably, is meant to give me 'another'. Any suggestions?

32a I think “up” means riding.

Ah, thanks Jono. And the reference to 'another' dessert relates to the 'fool' earlier in the clue. Got it.
