I have all the unclued but what do I do next?

Start making guesses at the unclueds, especially the ones I mentioned above. They all contain a feature implied by both the instructions and the puzzle title - the one in 41A is perhaps the easiest to identify, and is repeated in another unclued.

I still don't get it.

Take a look at a 5 letter sequence that 40A and 19D have in common. Say it out loud. Does that suggest anything to you?

So one of the unclued must contain an "h" ?
