Bravo, Twin! I filled the grid yesterday, but I usually save the endgame for the next day in case it's a GWIT. I saw it right away this morning though. Admittedly, right in my wheelhouse. What a great job of engineering on Twin's part.

I have just stumbled over the line and I am absolutely staggered at the brilliance of this puzzle. It is an amazing feat of construction and puzzle of the year for me, unless something more amazing comes along later, which is difficult to imagine. Thanks Twin.

Hello friends! Everything is complete (and it's nice!) but I have no idea how to translate the message to the endgame... Mrs triceratops spotted what the endgame was going to be in a fraction of a second by looking and thinking... and even having completed it we can't work out how solve it by deduction. When appropriate, any pointers would help me sleep at night

Do you have the hidden message from the third letters triceratops?

Try putting the title in front of the first clue, then see if you can see anything relevant to the theme.

Yes, the instruction refers to the title and ALL the clues in sequence! Well, I checked them as far as half-way through 34 across, at which point I raised a glass to Twin’s diligence and ingenuity which exceed my own :-) What an astonishing constraint that placed on both clues and grid, which a few slightly odd bits of clueing didn’t fully give away. Masterful.
