My 7 wordplay-only clue numbers add up to 151

I'm sorry, but I agree with those saying that this one was too easy.

My seven make 151, also. The parsing of one is not completely clear, but it seems wordplay. Thematically unimpeachable, though.

My six add up to 141, so I'm looking at 10a which I can't parse...but seems to have a definition?

10 a - where is the definition??? Just A following the five letter first Russian head of government after the October Revolution

This one is not "entry level" - remember this is The Listener, not a daily tabloid. There is no guile, either in the clues or what might be laughingly called the endgame. This setter always provides us with this standard, and one wonders why the puzzles keep getting accepted
