Yes, just confirming that there is an omission in the wordplay in 11D.

Initially frustrating, but all worked out with valid checks in the end. All very fair.

2D on its own justifies a Chambers app purchase.

You're telling me it's frustrating - still can't parse13,11 & 31.

13 - 3 letters for “your uncle” and two for consumes gutted

11 - use a famous cream without CHA (tea) at the start

31 - def is first five words. Wordplay is reverse of three of four letters of “weighed when mounted

Thanks CD, all clues now solved and parsed. I take it that the themes name is 16 letters, but I must have something mightily wrong because I can't move letters 9 and 16 into position.

Suggest you double-check the direction of the diagonals you are putting in the cells

I found them (I think), 2 and 3 moves respectively.

I meant 2 diagonal and 3 diagonal moves, those letters are both in a word on the edge of the completed grid, and thematically in a similar fashion.

My previous post but one should read "those letters are in words"
