REEF KNOT?
I think it's an anagram of KEEN and F for fellow, with ROT for "balls", but I don't like that last bit.

22. A four letter word, noun, for 'S...' loses its last letter (endless) and four letter word for 'twaddle', nonsense, also loses its last letter and then there's the first three letters of the last word. The definition is 'raging', stormy etc.
