“Boundaries” may have been better for removal of both first and last letters but of course ‘Gmlo’ did not have this option.

Then there is the issue of “back” as a reversal in a down clue. Personally I’m ok with this but opinions differ.

Buzzybee, I’m going to delete Observer on the next Gemelo but I decided to leave it this time just in case any of our members isn’t aware that Azed metaphorized itself into Gemelo😂
