The clues...
Requests for help should normally include the clue itself, the number of letters in the answer, and details of any you already have. Any additional information or special instructions, common in Listener puzzles, should also be included.
HINTS only, please, no answers.

The theme...
Help towards the theme may also be sought here. The assistance given should be fairly gentle in nature - just a nudge, a pointer in the right direction, and certainly not anything which would spoil the puzzle for others. Any posts which, even inadvertently, reveal too much of the theme, will be removed.

The Listener is a unique puzzle and should be treated with respect.

A well 'cross-stitched' puzzle! Thanks to Alchemist

A familiar theme for the Listener but great fun nonetheless.
Thanks, Alchemist.

Very enjoyable, good clues, clever construction and no anguished wakefulness tonight....

Very much enjoyed the grid fill. Must have an incorrect correction as the central few letters of my message don't seem to make sense, which is slightly frustrating.

Think I've probably guessed the names but googling them not proving fruitful. Hopefully clarity will strike in the morning ...

Fixed it, finished, very nice, enjoyed the two clues stitched together.

Without wishing to be a Grinch, not sure about the construction comments, seems very straight forward to me.

Neat idea, nicely executed. The issue, for me, is how it surrendered so easily with one PDM.

It's about time, though, that I repeated my admiration for anyone who can set a Listener puzzle at all.

Thanks, Alchemist.

If you've got the right names, you're unlikely to need a search engine.

I did not have the right names initially, had one of the genders wrong. But then I did guess them.

Still think my wrong correction at 2d fits better than the correct correction.
