[Does anyone know how to view last week's puzzle? I didn't get the "completed" message, and I am curious what I got wrong. I can't remember it, of course!]

Hi Chris,

So far I've only been able to access the puzzles from previous weeks by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on 'download the PDF', which gives you all the Everyman's since the move to the Observer but, like I said, they are only the PDF version - thus far I haven't found anyway to access previous interactive versions.

I too would like to though, so if anyone knows a way...

Chris, I don’t know how to get round that problem. Seems like a bit of a design flaw. I’ve been taking a screen shot so I can keep it til the following week, but that’s a bit of a pain.

I suppose I could do it on a printout of the pdf in future.

Scoring: every week, no matter how fast or slowly I do this, I get a "score" of 280. Is there any point at all to this seemingly irrlelvant number?

I scored 340, but it's the first score I've seen. The last two I've "finished" I must have had something wrong, as I didn't get a score. It's frustrating that I can't find out what!

Hi Ohcelt,

You get 10 points for every correct answer and there are 28 clues so 280 points. Then, for every full minute under the target time of 15 minutes, you get 15 bonus points. So, if you finished in 10 minutes you get a score of 280 + 75 bonus points. There are no points deductions for going over the target time, so you get 280 points whether you finish in 15 minutes or 1 hour.

That explains why I got 280 for Everyman and 360 for Azed… there are 36 clues in Azed!
