Ruinous - anagram of above, and looking for a USA state

But WASHINGTON means too much else doesn't fit. Best ignore me. The top left has been a real teaser this week.

Re 11A, I suspect the N comes from 'with' - ie 'n' as an informal shortening of 'and' (as Chambers gives). Can't say I have seen that use of 'with' before, but necessary to make the surface reading of the clue work. So I'd give Cyclops the benefit of the doubt on that one.

The wordplay gives a 3-letter abbreviation for a month outside 'pee' plus an anagram of 'vital organs'. Looks like you're nearly there...

I have W_u_n_ _ _. There is no word that matches in Chambers, I’m sure one of the letters I have is wrong, but I’ve spent too long staring at it and any help would be appreciated!
