The theme...
Help with the theme may also be sought here. The help given should be just a nudge, a pointer in the right direction. Aim to be helpful, aim to avoid spoiling the puzzle for others. Any posts which, even inadvertently, reveal too much of the theme are likely to be removed.

There are many regulars on these Listener threads, but newcomers are always welcome.

Unsolicited help, whether for clues or for the theme, is likely to be removed.

The Listener is a unique puzzle and should be treated with respect.

I can't login from laptop or iPad, despite killing cookies & resetting Router. I'd be grateful for a copy of the pdf, tho
don't know how to securely share my email.

scrolling back through previous Listeners in this forum, I see somebody pointed out that the Times App provides access, something I'd never noticed before. So I'm ok after all. Thanks anyway!

I can see - and print - the May club puzzle, but the Listener link still won't work. So I'd still be grateful for a pdf. Sorry for hogging the chat.

I enjoyed this puzzle. There's something about an impossible endgame yielding to a simple PDM!
