Thanks for posting the link.
I solved this at warp speed (usually do the puzzle on Saturday evening US time) and couldn't spare time for full parsing.
Good puzzle, in the high rank of Everymans. Mostly easy, but a handful of brain-teasers.
Stylistically, it doesn't seem all that much like Alan IMO. Perhaps a collaboration or guest setter?
FOI 1d. LOI 17
COD 16 because it's funny, though I don't yet see the parsing.
