Yes, 23D remaining one for me. Based on the crossers, and 'Argentine' being the definition, the answer is obvious but I cannot parse it - nor do I see it hidden 'evenly' as has been suggested. Puzzling. If 'Argentine' isn't the definition then....?

6D indeed - definition had to be 'racket' and with the crossers I just plugged in the answer unlike doing any research as justsolve suggests. I'll check out 225 when the time comes.

Definitely a bit different from Boatman. Some alternative clueing for sure but I'm not sure it bothers me too much. Equally a theme in which I have no interest. 6d I solved and then worked backwards having not a clue.

19a I don't understand at all.

Just stuck on the SW now. A hint for 24d and what is going on there would be helpful and get me over the line.

19a "cycle" the order of the letters to get a word for "tot" - not the most common meaning

24 is an alternate letters clue. As has been mentioned before, the validity of the answer by itself is in doubt.

Thanks jono yes, it came to me shortly after posting. Quite a clever clue in hindsight and I should have stuck with it a bit longer.

Oh, and 12A, I don't see the only word that fits as being defined in the clue. I can trawl this forum to see, otherwise wait for 225, it's not worth worrying about now.
