Me neither - the clue's surface is clever.

I'm still concerned about a mismatch at 2d.

Chrise, 2d is fine by me. The answer is a verb

actually as well could be part of the wordplay, meaning these isn't a definition at all!

The definition is the last three words, Chrise.

Found most of this quite straightforward then hit 'the wall'!
10 is rather arcane for me, 5 just plain difficult and I didn't like the def. for 17.
24 took me back to my 70s childhood, though I always thought it was an abbreviation of a longer term.
And I don't know where the 'n' comes from in 22a either.

No, docrum it isn't. If you mean 15a, the definition is the first word, as it is used in the Lord's Prayer, and the letter indicating possession should have an apostrophe in front

Help please! I've finished apart from 25a. I have A?L?N but can't reverse-engineer any of the possibilities on to the clue.
