Tips needed for 1d.
At the moment, I am assuming the defintion is "barker, meaning "a dog". And the answer is an anagram of "timesharereally".

I learnt of that breed only through cryptic crosswords, where it makes rare appearances. Happened to suspect it here (2nd word more common in cryptics), so 1d was actually my FOI, a flying start. 😉

Still stuck on 15d and 16a my last two.

I'm thinking it's Vlad clueing that I'm just not getting. Been through loads of PMs in my mind but it's not sticking. Just one question. Is 15d a Latin phrase?

15 is latin. 16 isn't a common word, but it parses precisely.

13a) A four letter word and I have the crossers.
Does green refer to a film character?
Can't see where target fits in, though.
