11: defn. "all hands below deck on this one", where "hands" is an unusual usage that pops up in tricky crossword clues.

Parses as a reversal of [2, 1, 3, 2, 2].

Good clue but tough.

Definitely a tougher one this week and not especially enjoyable. I can't see the wordplay for 16 or 27. In 16, the 4 letter word, alluded to above, isn't in Chambers.
