Ricky, 22a parses 3,4. Think of quarterdeck as two separate words

I'm obviously being dim but 4d ???
Can't parse 22a either.

COD none, enjoyed a lot of them
25a was a new one on me as well.

Took a while still but got it. Thanks Jono. There are a few that I seem to have to stare it for ages before the PDM. Nearly there.

I took a while to get going but then found this fine until the last few clues. FOI 21a, LOI 22d, COD 13a, but plenty of other good clues which took me a while to parse. Finished quite quickly for me, so feeling pleased.
All the best everyone.

Need tips for these:
15d) Does the clue refer to Gordon Brown, maybe?
13a) The only answer that might fit for me is a type of flower!
And of course:
25a) Is it a phrase for a green area?

Hi Mike,
15d not Gordon, this one’s older and more capable you might say
13a not a type of flower (you may be thinking of a different second letter). Think of ‘sweetbread’ as separate words
25a yes, it’s a Latin phrase

Mikey
15d Nothing to do with Gordon
13a Not a flower, try changing one of the letters though
15a Yes, but it’s not a phrase that everyone will have heard of.
Come back if you need more hints.

Just need tips on how to parse 25a. Then I am done.
I presume the definition is "Eg Central Park".
Where does the country bumpkin fit in, though?
