Bit late getting to this as usual.
I’ve nearly cracked it - thanks mostly to Chrise’s help with 18a which got me going properly.

I’ve just got 3 left.
16, 22 and 24. I’ve been working through Uk cities to no avail.

Perhaps if someone could kindly help me out with a clue to 16d then the rest will hopefully fall into place. 😊

I'm missing 2 now... I have 5D starting with an M I'm not sure that's right since that leaves 5A M?U?E?

How about starting with F then (have a musical instrument for 5 then, can't fully parse it though).

I had MARKED for 5D since it's EARMARKED without EAR :|

yes, f. you are on the right lines for 5d, but the ear n eeds to be inserted later in the correct answer

Ok sneaky one that since the word with EAR in doesn't sound like it has one in it!

Took me a long time to get the last 5 then. Nice puzzle though.

I can't parse 7D, I have something you might sign in Versailles?

Can't really parse 5A nor 19D either.
