Well I don't want to watch Harry and Meghan so I might as well persevere with this.

32a German and Irish article, deep, in the main? (8)
Undersea? What's the Irish article?

15a Eccentric solver cut long hair, displaying an old head (10,3)
Looks like it ends 'man'.

37a Shower that's needed after washing? (5)
Airer, but how is that 'shower'?

13d Shun coca served with nougat - the response? (1,6,3,4)

32

Und = German for And
Erse = Irish
A = article.

37 A shower, airer, is someone who shows - and an airer is where you hang up damp clothes.

Thanks all. Might have got Undersea eventually, but not shower = airer, nor Nutcracker Man, which I haven't heard of.
As for A Chacun Son Gout, I prefer my crosswords in English.

Glad we could help, StrangelyBrown. I think foreign/non-English words are appearing more often nowadays. I saw Deja Vu and Kinder (German for 'children') last week.
