Jogamel, look for 9 letter in 3x3 squares. Ignore the perimeter. One is in Portuguese, but gettable.

...look at the initial letters of the clues for some help towards the groups and related individual.
You have to replace 7 letters in the grid by the letters R E M A I N S to get what is required ...though ..

I am still looking for the 2nd group if there is some help please ..
I have the 1st group and the individual and have used 5 of the 7 letters so far...

I have now found words from first letters...am I on the right track?

That should have read 9 letter anagrams....

Jogamel, glad you're enjoying this one. You need a place - 7,4 - which connects the two groups and the individual. The '...may derive some initial help from some of the clues' was a massive help for me! (The first part actually spells out 7,4, though you need a little more). The 'help' from the 'some of the clues' is actually in two separate sections. You'll get lead towards an old group and old sitcom...
