Some nice anagrams from tatters, fiery, tyke, hannah and paul; kt17 @ 19 nicely disguised with my favourite in this category being fiery @ 5.

Touches that impressed include Skye's footers about, fiery's great name for a pub "The Beer & Shag", peterm's nutcrackers, mattrom's leading bishop and therogue's nutters & nautical toilet.

After much consideration, I come down to 3 clues leading the pack; BBM2 getting bronze with #13 and a photo finish between aristo's multi-purpose lithium @ 22 and therogue's &littish entry @ 24(b) with slight preference for the latter. Therefore, this week's winner is

No entries from me this week as I'm away next, but, as an ex-chemist, I have to take issue with aristo characterising lithium as a "heavy metal" - it is the least dense of all metals by some distance!
