Well done bbm - good clue in my short list.
Thanks for the mention Chrise, and thank you Rossim for hosting.

I did not know the word 'turnkey' and should have asked for a couple of parsing; 2 clues at least would have made a lot more sense! (sorry Rosalind...)

Well done, Marty ! Many thanks, Rossim, for the festive challenge, hosting and for your kind words. (Will sneak a look at Marty's prize tomorrow). Thanks, also, to SteveA for the vote, and to FJ and Paul for the mentions. (Mattrom, where does your inspiration come from? Great stuff !)

Congrats bbm, thanks rossim. Thanks for the vote, pigale, and the mentions, paul.

No problem, Les, I've done the same thing myself.

aaargh just driven several miles through fog, not at all pleasant

Well done Marty and thanks for the Gold Medal , wow. Thank you also fj for the vote and the explanation of "Coward". I will check my spelling next time!

Great word rossim and thanks for hosting.

I think Thurs/Fri next week will be high stress time, but I will look in anyway

Seems that nobody else was impolite enough to mention the spelling Rosalind!

I also missed 'coward' thinking that maybe the Aussies used the word turkey for cowardly when we in the UK use 'chicken'!

Next Thurs/Frid is my changeover day between visitors but I'll try and join in. Hope to see you all then.

Glad you mentioned my spelling, rossim. The forum is all about debate and discussion and , if no-one says anything, we can't improve!
I have visitors all day Saturday so Thursday/Friday will be kinda busy. But one does have to have a breather sometimesx

In fact I would have included yours in my "like" list, Rosalind, but for the spelling mistake. I didn't know whether to suggest a correction or not :)

You're obviously a much nicer person than me ChrisE!

As host maybe I should have suggested that Rosalind took another look at her clue rather than point out the typo (which I'm sure it was).
