Thanks Tatters for the fun word
Thanks Pigale for the mention.
Congrats JWS.
Any room for clue discussion?? I was looking for an anagram indicator. Was there one - should there be one?

I believe so too, As a noun or as a verb?
I could believe "Banks make refuse of strange I.D." wich alters the surface but would maybe have my vote

@ dorrien; read refuse as re fuse (recombine) hence my comment re a pdm ( penny drop moment).

Well done JWS - very clever indeed! Thanks for setting Tatters and for the clip. Thanks for the votes Steve, Dorrien, and SB, and for the mentions Pigale and SW. Much appreciated.
