Hmm. I thought I had both 6d and 31a with the letter clash being the end of 6d and pointing me to the artists. However I have now spotted what I wrote in 13a and that seems a rather more obvious candidate for a clash at 14d, although the original letter from 13a works fine for 14d if I assume touch could be tad. Perhaps it's pat instead........?

Can anyone please help me with the wordplay for 37A.
I have "aecidia" but cannot get close to the word play.

i have conidia
nests = nidi
c= care o = of with a at the end

clash is at 13a / 14d

but what about the extra letter, which I make to be 'e'

Chambers shows AE for Aged....ouch!
I am still reeling from actually being complete! Not a lot of colour from the artists considering the volume of the output.....

Surely the second prescribed colour is wrong, if we go by the lyircs?

Googling images shows that setter has colours correct. Some debate also online as to what SoG actually meant - even suggested that it might be money. Lyrics were never meant to be taken seriously.
