Hmm. I thought I had both 6d and 31a with the letter clash being the end of 6d and pointing me to the artists. However I have now spotted what I wrote in 13a and that seems a rather more obvious candidate for a clash at 14d, although the original letter from 13a works fine for 14d if I assume touch could be tad. Perhaps it's pat instead........?

Chambers shows AE for Aged....ouch!
I am still reeling from actually being complete! Not a lot of colour from the artists considering the volume of the output.....

Googling images shows that setter has colours correct. Some debate also online as to what SoG actually meant - even suggested that it might be money. Lyrics were never meant to be taken seriously.
