* Something worn below or preferred to go undressed? (4)
Also, no idea on theme as not strong on purely thematics

Going after American... Aloha (A/American + Lo/look + H/husband + A/accepted.
I haven't seen this crossword,so have only come up with an answer to the clue itself!

I assume you'll want hints rather than answers. As you haven't asked. have you solved A=>D andestablished/or established the majority of the grid positioning as there are limited possibilities due to the mirror symmetry ?
