I'm stuck with two top right, crossing this one:

Flee with festive reindeer holding most of a drink (2,1,6)

??,?,R?N???

It looks like DO A RUNNER from the definition, but I don't see the parsing (or the two crossing it). Any suggestions?

2d will cause controversy!
Garment is no good, locate problem (6,4)

The "incorrect" spelling is favoured by Google....

Hi mags
I used Google to check. When I entered the "correct" spelling, it said "Did you mean..............." and gave results for the other one.

3d was my LOI. The definition isn't what I thought it was for some time. 11 is an anagram. 6d is a very clever "hidden"

Hi Mags. If you need an extra clue. Definition of 3d is "shell" but not in the biological sense. Can't add to the other clues really.

Hi ChrisE. Re 2D. It seems I've been misspelling this item all my life! (And that's a long time) I thought it ended EL, but it seems it should be LE. That's a shocker!

Hi Bees
No, it needs to end EL ("correctly") to fit with the crosser - not what Google thinks, though!
