You need a 5 letter word meaning sails, but minus the H.
Then put this round 2 letters that mean opponents in bridge.
But, there's a clash in the final entry.

No I don't have TS. my extra letters come from 13A, 22A, 26A, 2D and 30D. One or more might be wrong !
