Having finally completed this crossword, I'm now wondering how I should format my solution for the entry form. Should I include spaces (in 17a, 19a, 13d) and a hyphen (in 4a)? I'd really appreciate your opinions. Thank you.

That's the way I did it Hoopla, but I doubt if it matters.
