Jogamel, sorry I didn't get back to you - I've been out. I'm not 100% sure of my parsing for 18 D, so probably couldn't have given you any additional hints. This was a good puzzle, it's worth persevering.

All I can see is Apit, which is inside 'capital' - but I don't get how it works.
