I am on "cloud", too!
Not "cloud nine", though. Wonder where that came from?
Nosebag is a word for food, as well as it's more usual meaning.
Ah, so Vine is a trade name.
I would have thought these journos would use capital letter for vine.
Confusion over!

Yes, Vine is a trade name but given with a capital letter in the dictionary definition.
Very cold and wet here - a bit windy but nothing too boisterous. The sun shows its face intermittently.
We should probably have all been talking on Norah's thread rather than on this one - show her that we appreciate having it to use?
