I think Jamie Raven was very good indeed, but with close up cameras nowadays it is pretty impossible to fool everyone.

Who knows, Rusty! I shall watch the next show from the beginning - but I still wish they weeded out the 'dud' acts and started from the point where everyone is of a certain standard (I know you won't agree with that though!)
I've just started reading "The Thin Yellow Line. It says in the Introduction that the details of all the trials have never been revealed and that the files are in the custody of the MOD and cannot be released for 100 years. Incredible!
I 've only read a little way into the book as yet, but think I am going to find it somewhat distressing.

Our posts crossed! I've already answered GK advising him NOT to buy the 13th and telling him what happened about the 500 omissions.
And to emphasise the point... you've just mentioned a word 'tityre-tu" - well, guess what, I've just looked that up in MY Chambers and (yes, you've guessed it) it isn't there!!!!!
It IS in the paper printout though of the 500 missing words (along of course with taghairm!)

So, these 500 words, do they all begin with "T"?

Goodness, no, they go right through the alphabet from A to Z!

It is a pity you did not know the right organisation to get in touch with, to kick up Holy hell (excuse me) with them.

I wrote to two different addresses for Chambers/ Hodder - one of which you gave me and one I found somewhere or other.
I sent a letter by recorded delivery to which I received no reply.
