Stuck in top right corner. 8d Roman stars of Seneca's tragedies (5) A?TR?. Looks like astra but there is no such word in Chambers. 12a Apparently futile flower (4) O???
Any help much appreciated.

Hi farr, while chambers doesn't give "astra" as such and further to rusty's post the clue does state "Roman" stars, ie Latin.
