Thanks for these, Jolan.
Masterful as always.
Got to them late but here is my stab.
1 Offer around, provided it’s divided into two parts (5)- BIFID? (Offer – bid around provided – if, gives bifid- divided into two parts)

2. May be seen on the reverse of a penny stamp, leaving US mega-expert muddled (7) EXERGUE? (Subtractive anagram – “stamp” from “US mega expert” with muddled as anagrind, gives “Exergue” an inscription on the reverse of a coin)

3. Drink up, withholding a tear about mum and dad (8) - PARENTAL? (Lap – drink , up – reversed, holding a tear – a rent, gives p a rent al , about mum and dad)

4. State appropriated double motorised rickshaw (3,3)- TUK TUK? (State – make the sound of- appropriated – took. Double this to get Tuk-tuk a motorised rickshaw)

5. Instinctive location of quick short breaths? (4-2-3-5)- SEAT OF THE PANTS? (Location- seat, “of quick short breaths” – of the pants, gives “seat of the pants” – instinctive)

Thanks again.

Superb! All contributors 5/5 today with some excellent parsing. Ab has parsed them identically to mine. And, Jazzy, very nice parsing + the clean sweep. Well solved Chris. I note Ari has even produced 2 solutions :-))

Bless all

Hi jolan - I've not been here yet (we met some friends for a walk some distance away - Brockadale, near Doncaster - and were incredibly lucky with the weather).
I had a quick peek and #4 leapt out at me - Bumble (David Lloyd) is always saying "Start the tuk-tuk" when commentating on cricket in India.
Thanks for your efforts.
