Hi, In Chrise's defence, I often see entries I don't get. I do look carefully at the entries and often marvel at the different ways people construct their clues. I've submitted mine anyway, never having known that if I actually win, I'll be for the chop if I don't fully understand each entry before choosing a winner. Until now I've never been in a position where I need to worry! Now I am nervous of setting next week's Clueless. I wonder if it would be good for each submission to be understandable as it is and if there's a doubt, the entrant should add an explanation, rather than expect the setter to come to them for help. Just a suggestion. I feel sure the last thing Chrise would have wanted would have been to upset anyone. I've been following Clueless for ages and often don't have the confidence to enter. I hope I understand all the entries next week. I'm trembling already!
