It looks as though I'm the only one having problems this week
I'm stuck with 8 across At some outing, pub in St Paul's surroundings (9) ? I ? N ? ? ? T ?
5 down Too healthy since swap (2,4) ? ? / ? E ? L
15 down Webster on island vessel (5,3) N ? A ? S / ? ? ?
and finally 22 across Get weaving with identification of garment.
Help appreciated with extra clues or pointing me in the right direction.

Hi oldyalan
8 St Paul is a city
I'm not entirely confident about 5, but you'll make the same guess as me when you have 8, I expect.
15d is lovely - Webster is the lexicographer
22 I'm not confident of - or the clue doesn't quite work. My definition is "to weave"

Curiously, I have been to St. Paul. We were staying with a friend who was temporarily in Minneapolis; so close they are "twin cities".

There appears to be an American slant to this weeks crossword, with cities, battles and lexicographers all from the USA. It makes a challenging change for me as I have never been across the pond.
