hello RT fans
Finished in just over an hour, as i found one or two of the clues strange in their parsing.
Just one where I cannot see the wordplay:
22a measure bird without joking (4). I have inch, but if the bird was finch,where is the joking bit? I know i will kick myself......

I have the same problem, jazzy. Also in 21d Suddenly see Soviet agent? does "Soviet" indicate the E? A bit of a jump, surely?

I had the same problem. The Russian is a popular girl`s name (Russian) backwards.
Puzzling over the Children`s TV character !
