Hi Samurai, I asked this question on Sunday and was given the answer by Mamya - it's 'Tittle' (Small) with only 2 T's (Tenors). And Title = 'Handle' (Name)

Thanks. The clue 'Handle small piece with only two tenors (5)' is one I would characterise as unsatisfyingly obscure.

That's a hell of a parse. I am familiar with tittle and handle meanings, it was the t for tenor that had me. I presume s=soprano b=bass or perhaps baritone, c=contralto etc. You live and learn.
