With all due respect for your opinion, I beg to differ Ixion! 25d, for example, just doesn't work properly: the last 2 words of the clue are not a synonym of the answer without adding 2 others! Again & again this man gets on my wick: at first completely unintelligible, then eventually solved, but with no feeling of satisfaction whatever --- that's my regular experience with him for years now (maybe one exception recently)! I suppose as the art mistress said to the gardener, though,.................................

I'm not sure about 3dn. I have an (Estonian) answer that works with most of the clue, but I don't see how "for Australian PM" fits in - can anyone sort this out for me?
