I must admit GK 25D was my last one...the definition part not as obvious as some of the others...Chambers doesn't specifically give "on top" as a synonym for the answer but it does give "as well" as well as "as well as"...I feel it works OK.
Agreed Paul seems to split opinion...I always find him very amusing and generally fair.

I’m not a great fan of Paul. I find him solvable but not always satisfying in terms of parsing. 25 d was also my last answer. It needed a better definition
