I think possibly i may have succeeded again this week in finishing! Please could somebody check my answers (not to happy with a couple. I really struggled to find the definition.) Wessex looks good - Earl of Wessex, and Thomas Hardy.

SYNTAX looks good too- Doctor Syn + Tax for "charge, def. "orderly arrangement"
IV (four) in POTS (containers)

Not sure about NODDY
