Hi Jazz (I'm not whingeing tonight!!!!!!)
It was nice to get a wee peep at your bedside table. Didn't look anywhere else.
Perhaps more of our friends might share the secrets of their bedside tables.

Mine has a lamp, a clock, a radio, a handy Rennie, a coaster in case someone brings my early coffee and a small pile of books in process. No ,the table isn't very big which presents problems and sometimes accidents.

Hope you've had a nice day. Here, Super Vallum Hadrianus its been very sunny but rather raw.

Kind Regards
Thea

It's OK redcoral. Thea's Thingies were very clever and unusual word puzzles!

mmmm bedside tables. A lamp, a framed poem that was a birthday present, a coaster for a champagne glass as well as the coffee mug, a silent clock, books (currently The Snow Geese" by Fiennes and "Skallagrigg" by Horwood) and mobile. There's a drawer underneath......................

I'm feeling a tad underprivileged, no bedside table!
The reading lamp clips on the bedhead, mobile phone is alarm set Mon-Fri. (5.30am), it sleeps under my pillow so as not to disturb anyone bar myself.
No drink coaster, otherwise I'd be up and down all night (aw... come on, you know what I mean).
I enjoy reading biographies, they remind me how lucky/unlucky I have been in life and are quite often inspirational, they reside on the floor, that way they can't fall any further.
As for an ashtray,,,I've never been "smokin'" in bed.
:-)

5.30am !! Geez, Busby, do you work for the OZ secret service?

never been "smokin' " in bed -- not something you want to tell the ladies, eh? (-;

Best laugh I've had all week. Cheers, mate.

Hi Syz.
If I worked for the secret service then there would be no "boudoir" secrets :-).
It's a case of owner/operator "school bus service" in a remote town.
It's been great meeting kids and watching/helping them become adults, I also do a fair bit of "teachers aide" work at our local school, and involvement in sporting groups. Bit of a "semi retirement" thing, taken on rather early in life.
Enjoy your day Syz.
ps: Some ladies don't like being "burnt"

C'mon Syzygy....
A bit of something re: "your bedside table".
Is it littered with "techno" publications?
That would sum up my eldest sons. (If he had one).
Cheers
